Timely Processing: Performance Reward requests are processed within 24 hours. Submit a request today, and we'll disburse the Performance Reward within the next 24 hours like clockwork.
$1000 Compensation Promise: In rare cases of delayed disbursements beyond 24 hours, FundedNext Futures adds $1000 to the Performance Reward. It's a serious commitment, demonstrating our accountability beyond mere apologies.
End of Timeframe: The timeframe concludes once FundedNext Futures initiates Performance Reward transfer to the trader's chosen method. Upon completion, traders receive a confirmation email with a Performance Reward screenshot as proof.
While FundedNext Futures strives for prompt Performance Reward, longer processing times may occur due to incorrect Performance Reward methods or addresses provided by traders. In such cases, FundedNext Futures will reach out within 24 hours to address the issue; however, it cannot assume responsibility for delays exceeding this timeframe. Additionally, if delays arise due to specific Performance Reward method-related issues or processing disruptions on the processor’s end, the brand promise will not be applicable.
Are Partial Performance Rewards Also Eligible for the FundedNext Brand Promise?
The FundedNext Futures Brand promise does not apply if a trader's Performance Reward is on hold or being processed manually.
For instance, if a trader receives an email from the Trading Ethics & Standards Team stating a specific Performance Reward date, compensation cannot be claimed. The reason for ineligibility will be clearly stated in the email, which varies depending on each trader's unique strategy.
Similarly, if a trader provides incorrect Performance Reward information requiring manual processing by our team, they are not eligible for that specific Performance Reward.
