If you ever wish to close a Futures Challenge or FundedNext Account on your own terms, you now have full control to do it directly from your dashboard using the Close Account feature. This option gives you the freedom to manage your accounts independently and lets you stop trading or clear unwanted accounts whenever you choose without needing to contact support.
Steps to close your account:
Log in to your FundedNext Futures Dashboard and go to the Active section.
Click on the “Close Account” button.
Select the account(s) you wish to close.
A pop-up will appear at the bottom of the dashboard showing how many accounts you’ve selected, along with a “Proceed” button — click “Proceed”.
Another pop-up will show the list of accounts you’re closing. You’ll need to type “I Understand” exactly as shown (case sensitive) to confirm.
Once confirmed, your account(s) will be successfully closed. You can view your closed accounts under the Breached section of the dashboard.
You can also see the forfeited accounts overview from the dashboard.
Important Notes:
Closed Challenges cannot be reset.
If a FundedNext Account with profits is closed, you cannot request or claim Performance Rewards.
