最低 Performance Reward 要求：
交易者必须在当前的Trading Cycle中至少累积500美元，然后才能请求250美元的Withdrawal。一个Trading Cycle是从Performance Reward到Performance Reward衍生而来的。对于第一个周期，它是从初始购买到第一个Performance Reward。
