FundedNext Futures Flex FundedNext Account All Rules

TL;DR: On the Flex FundedNext Account there is no Consistency Rule and no daily loss limit, but the Maximum Loss Limit still applies — 1,500(50K), 2,500(100K), 4,000(150K). To withdraw a Performance Reward, you need 5 Benchmark Days and $500 profit in the cycle. You earn a 95% Reward Share (one of the highest available), withdraw a minimum of $250 (up to 50% of profit, capped by size), and the account concludes after 5 Performance Rewards. You can earn Rising Trader, Champion Trader, and Limitless Trader certificates.

A Performance Reward is your share of the profits you earn for your skill and effort while trading a FundedNext Account after passing the Flex Challenge. (At FundedNext Futures, what other firms call a "payout" is called a Performance Reward.) Here are all the rules that apply once you're funded.

Is there a Consistency Rule on the Flex FundedNext Account?

No. Unlike the Challenge Phase, there is no Consistency Rule on the Flex FundedNext Account. You have full flexibility in how much you earn on any given day.

What are the contract limits on the Flex FundedNext Account?

Your contract limit is fixed at account creation and does not increase with profit. Flex applies the same limits on the FundedNext Account as during the Challenge:

Account Size

Maximum Contracts

$50,000

3 e-mini / 30 micro e-mini

$100,000

5 e-mini / 50 micro e-mini

$150,000

8 e-mini / 80 micro e-mini

You can mix e-mini and micro e-mini contracts using the 1:10 ratio. If you exceed the limit, only the excess contracts are violations: profit from them is deducted, and losses still count.

Is a buffer required on the Flex FundedNext Account?

No. The Flex FundedNext Account does not use a buffer rule. Withdrawal eligibility is based on Benchmark Days instead (see below). The buffer rule applies only to the Rapid Daily model.

What is the Maximum Loss Limit on the Flex FundedNext Account?

The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) continues to apply on your funded account, using the same Trailing End-of-Day (EOD) system as the Challenge:

Account Size

Maximum Loss Limit

MLL Locks At

$50,000

$1,500

$50,100

$100,000

$2,500

$100,100

$150,000

$4,000

$150,100

Important notes:

  • The MLL adjusts at the end of each trading day, not in real time.

  • It stops trailing and locks once your balance reaches the lock point for your size ($50,100 / $100,100 / $150,100).

  • A floating loss that breaches the MLL during a live trade breaches your account instantly.

  • Your first withdrawal resets the MLL to the lock point for your size ($50,100 / $100,100 / $150,100).

What is the Micro-Scalping policy for the Flex FundedNext Account?

Micro-scalping is opening and closing trades within 10 seconds to capture small, rapid price movements. FundedNext Futures monitors a Micro-Scalping threshold across all account types.

On your FundedNext Account:

  • The Micro-Scalping percentage is the share of your total recorded profit from trades closed within 10 seconds, evaluated per cycle.

  • Only profitable trades count — you can close losing trades any time without affecting this rule.

  • At 30%, you receive a compliance warning (no deduction).

  • At 40% or above, the Micro-Scalping portion of your profit for that cycle is deducted in full. Your account is never terminated for micro-scalping, and future micro-scalping profit is subject to the same ongoing deduction.

  • If that deduction equals or exceeds your net profit for the cycle, no Performance Reward is issued and withdrawal is disabled for that cycle. A full breakdown appears in your dashboard.

🔗 See: What is the Micro-Scalping policy in FundedNext Futures?

How do I request my Performance Reward from the [Model] FundedNext Account?

Once you've met all the eligibility criteria, you can request your Performance Reward at the end of the trading day by transferring your profits to your wallet.

Please note: placing a trade on the same day removes the transfer-to-wallet option for that day. So if you intend to request your Performance Reward, do it on a day when you haven't opened a new trade — otherwise you'll need to wait until the next eligible day to transfer.
