TL;DR: On the Legacy FundedNext Account there is no Consistency Rule and no daily loss limit, but the Maximum Loss Limit still applies — 1,000(25K), 2,000(50K), 3,000(100K). To withdraw a Performance Reward, you need 5 Benchmark Days and $500 profit in the cycle. You earn an 80% Reward Share, withdraw a minimum of $250 (up to 50% of profit, capped by size), and after 30 Benchmark Days you unlock 100% withdrawals. You can earn Rising Trader, Champion Trader, and Limitless Trader certificates.
A Performance Reward is your share of the profits you earn for your skill and effort while trading a FundedNext Account after passing the Legacy Challenge. (At FundedNext Futures, what other firms call a "payout" is called a Performance Reward.) Here are all the rules that apply once you're funded.
Is there a Consistency Rule on the Legacy FundedNext Account?
No. Unlike the Challenge Phase, there is no Consistency Rule on the Legacy FundedNext Account. You have full flexibility in how much you earn on any given day.
What are the contract limits on the Legacy FundedNext Account?
Your contract limit is fixed at account creation and does not increase with profit. The Legacy FundedNext Account allows higher limits than the Challenge Account:
Account Size | Maximum Contracts (FundedNext Account) |
$25,000 | 3 e-mini / 30 micro e-mini |
$50,000 | 5 e-mini / 50 micro e-mini |
$100,000 | 7 e-mini / 70 micro e-mini |
You can mix e-mini and micro e-mini contracts using the 1:10 ratio. If you exceed the limit, only the excess contracts are violations: profit from them is deducted, and losses still count.
Is a buffer required on the Legacy FundedNext Account?
No. The Legacy FundedNext Account does not use a buffer rule. Withdrawal eligibility is based on Benchmark Days instead (see below). The buffer rule applies only to the Rapid Daily model.
What is the Maximum Loss Limit on the Legacy FundedNext Account?
The Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) continues to apply on your funded account, using the same Trailing End-of-Day (EOD) system as the Challenge:
Account Size | Maximum Loss Limit |
$25,000 | $1,000 |
$50,000 | $2,000 |
$100,000 | $3,000 |
Important notes:
The MLL adjusts at the end of each trading day, not in real time.
Once it reaches your initial balance, it stops trailing and does not move further.
A floating loss that breaches the MLL during a live trade breaches your account instantly.
Your first withdrawal resets the MLL back to your initial balance.
Is there a daily loss limit on the Legacy FundedNext Account?
No. There is no daily loss limit on the Legacy FundedNext Account. The Maximum Loss Limit remains your primary risk guardrail.
What are the Performance Reward eligibility criteria for the Legacy FundedNext Account?
Before each withdrawal, you must meet the criteria for your account size:
Criteria | $25K Account | $50K Account | $100K Account |
Benchmark Days | 5 days of $100 | 5 days of $200 | 5 days of $200 |
Minimum Profit (current cycle) | $500 | $500 | $500 |
Minimum Withdrawal | $250 | $250 | $250 |
Maximum Withdrawal (before 30 Benchmark Days) | Up to 50% (max $3,000) | Up to 50% (max $6,000) | Up to 50% (max $6,000) |
Reward Share | 80% | 80% | 80% |
After 30 Benchmark Days | 100% withdrawals unlocked | 100% withdrawals unlocked | 100% withdrawals unlocked |
A Benchmark Day is a trading day where your profit meets the benchmark amount for your size ($100 for $25K; $200 for $50K and $100K). You need at least 5 Benchmark Days before every withdrawal.
How much can I withdraw, and how often, from the Legacy FundedNext Account?
Before completing 30 Benchmark Days, you can withdraw up to 50% of your accumulated profit per cycle, capped by size ($3,000 / $6,000 / $6,000), with a $250 minimum and at least $500 profit in the current cycle.
After 30 Benchmark Days, both the 50% limit and the cap are removed — you can withdraw up to 100% of your simulated profit.
Important: Withdrawing all of your simulated profit in a single request causes a hard breach.
What is my Reward Share from the Legacy FundedNext Account?
You receive an 80% Reward Share of the requested Performance Reward. Your account growth is calculated based on the amount you withdraw.
What is the Legacy FundedNext Account withdrawal journey?
Trade and accumulate at least 5 Benchmark Days and $500 profit in the cycle.
Request a withdrawal (minimum $250, up to 50% of profit capped by size), receiving an 80% Reward Share.
Your first withdrawal resets the MLL to your initial balance.
Continue building Benchmark Days. Once you reach 30 Benchmark Days, the 50% limit and cap are removed, unlocking 100% withdrawals for all future cycles.
Unlike the other models, the Legacy FundedNext Account is not concluded after 5 Performance Rewards — the 30-Benchmark-Day milestone unlocks full withdrawals and you can continue trading.
What certificates will I receive from the Legacy FundedNext Account?
FundedNext Futures awards certificates to recognize your achievements:
Certificate | How you earn it |
Rising Trader | Completing the Challenge Phase |
Champion Trader | Withdrawing a Performance Reward |
Limitless Trader | Completing 30 Benchmark Days |
Certificates are issued automatically — log in to your FundedNext Dashboard, open the Certificates section on the left, and click to generate. Your certificate is sent to your registered email.
What trading rules must I follow on the Legacy FundedNext Account?
All prohibited strategy rules continue to apply on your Legacy FundedNext Account, just as during the Challenge Phase. Breaking any of these can result in a breach.
What is the Micro-Scalping policy for the Legacy FundedNext Account?
Micro-scalping is opening and closing trades within 10 seconds to capture small, rapid price movements. FundedNext Futures monitors a Micro-Scalping threshold across all account types.
On your FundedNext Account:
The Micro-Scalping percentage is the share of your total recorded profit from trades closed within 10 seconds, evaluated per cycle.
Only profitable trades count — you can close losing trades any time without affecting this rule.
At 30%, you receive a compliance warning (no deduction).
At 40% or above, the Micro-Scalping portion of your profit for that cycle is deducted in full. Your account is never terminated for micro-scalping, and future micro-scalping profit is subject to the same ongoing deduction.
If that deduction equals or exceeds your net profit for the cycle, no Performance Reward is issued and withdrawal is disabled for that cycle. A full breakdown appears in your dashboard.
How do I request my Performance Reward from the Legacy FundedNext Account?
Once you've met all the eligibility criteria, you can request your Performance Reward at the end of the trading day by transferring your profits to your wallet.
Please note: placing a trade on the same day removes the transfer-to-wallet option for that day. So if you intend to request your Performance Reward, do it on a day when you haven't opened a new trade — otherwise you'll need to wait until the next eligible day to transfer.
