Is there any consistency rule to be followed in the FundedNext Futures Challenge & FundedNext Account?

TL;DR: FundedNext Futures applies a 40% Consistency Rule, but it works differently by phase and model. During the Challenge Phase, it applies to Legacy and Flex — your daily profit can't exceed 40% of your total profit target, or the target is recalculated. On the FundedNext Account, it applies only to Rapid Pro — your highest single-day profit must be 40% or less of total profit before withdrawal (at least 3 days). Rapid Daily has no consistency rule at any stage. Legacy and Flex have no consistency rule once funded.

The Consistency Rule encourages steady, repeatable trading rather than relying on one big day. How it applies depends on which phase you're in and which model you're trading. Here's the full breakdown.

The Consistency Rule in the Challenge Phase (Legacy & Flex)

During the Challenge Phase, Legacy and Flex apply a 40% Consistency Rule: your profit on any single day cannot exceed 40% of your total profit target. If it does, the total profit required to pass is recalculated.

Formula: 40% × Profit Target = Daily Profit Threshold

Recalculation: Required Total Profit = Highest Daily Profit ÷ 40%

Example — $50,000 Legacy Challenge (Profit Target: $3,000):

  • Daily threshold: 40% × $3,000 = $1,200.

  • If you earn $1,500 in a day: $1,500 ÷ 0.40 = $3,750. You'd now need $3,750 total to pass instead of $3,000.

Rapid Pro and Rapid Daily have no consistency rule during the Challenge Phase — you can hit the target in a single day or across multiple days.

The Consistency Rule on the FundedNext Account (Rapid Pro)

Once funded, the 40% Consistency Rule applies only to the Rapid Pro FundedNext Account. Here it works as a withdrawal gate: if your biggest single-day profit is more than 40% of your total profit, you must keep trading until your results are more consistent.

There's no fixed number of days — it depends on your performance — but it takes at least 3 days to satisfy. Once your highest profit day is 40% or less of total profit, you're eligible to withdraw.

Formula: Highest Profit Contribution = (Highest Profit Day ÷ Total Profit) × 100%

  • 40% or less → consistency met (withdrawal eligible).

  • More than 40% → not met (keep trading).
